Westgate Towers Resort

Madison was great at check in, took the time to ask what my plans were for the trip. She answered all my questions about the area and gave me great advice on things to do when I asked. Great room and Outstanding service! Very friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again.

Great staff. Helpful and always smiling. Rooms are very clean. Quiet and no pot smell in the hallways. The Towers is great, because you get full access to the Town Center resort at a lower price. Highly recommend it. And it still has its own pools and hot tubs. Close to all area attractions.

I love everything about Westgate Towers. It's easy to Navigate through in the Parking Lot. Rooms are Awesome like my Home Away from Home. I couldn't be any Happier, Definitely Kissimmee and Westgate are my Happy Places. Thank you

This is a nicely renovated Westgate gem! The front desk customer service rep and supervisor (12/28) was personable and went above to provide a great experience. As an owner this is even more appreciated considering brand loyalty.

Madison at the front desk was absolutely the best. She was so patient and helpful. I booked through Expedia and my reservation wasn’t pulling up. She tried a few times and couldn’t find it. She was so polite and helpful she just said she would book us a new reservation and it was actually a little cheaper so she saved us money. The one bedroom suite was perfect it was just my husband and myself so we had plenty of space. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family traveling to the Kissimmee Orlando area. Thank you again Madison for all of your help.

I booked this resort for a recent stay through Perks at Work. The resort is in a good location near dining and a Wal-mart. Easy to get to from 192. Close proximity to Disney parks. Upon arrival, I was directed to the activities desk and presented with coupons and guide on attractions in the area. I was also hit with the opportunity to watch their presentation & realized this was a timeshare type of resort catering to their sister property next door. I politely declined as I dont travel often. I appreciated the added sense of security due to a side entrance being locked, so the only way to access the property was through the main entrance. I read reviews prior to arriving and requested one of the renovated rooms. The room was spacious and comfortable, included a kitchenette with mini fridge,microwave, coffee maker, sink and some dishes/utensils. The bathroom was very spacious, however the barn style doors were off the track & once corrected one would not stay shut but it did not cause an issue for my stay. The balcony was screened in overlooking one of the many pools offered at this resort. They have putt putt, a play ground, air hockey so plenty to keep the family busy in between the parks. One thing I almost missed was the butterfly garden, this was a really neat feature! Your room key is required to enter any of the buildings for an added safety measure. Checking out was very easy, just leave the keys in the room & text the front desk. The only thing that could have made this place better would have been a shuttle to at least Disney Springs but I managed to get around without issue. If you are looking for a cozy non-Disney property that won't break the bank, you can't beat the value at Westgate Towers Resort! I would stay here again in the future.

Great place, friendly staff. Very helpful any questions and or directions. The 1bedroom was awesome! Plenty of room for my wife and I. Will stay again when in the area. Sara was our go to person!! Very helpful, friendly, and went the extra mile for us!

She went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable, enjoyable, and far better than we ever expected. Sarah was incredibly accommodating and attentive to every detail. Because of her professionalism, kindness, and dedication, our vacation was easily ten times better than we imagined. It’s rare to meet someone who truly loves what they do, and Sarah is a perfect example of that. I highly recommend that she be recognized for her exceptional service.
